1. Summary
Flaxli Cannon Buster (“the game”) is a casual 3D cannon physics game. We collect as little as possible. We do not require an account, we do not ask for your name, e-mail, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location, and we do not sell personal data.
2. Information stored on your device only
Game progress (levels, stars, scores, coins, settings, daily reward streak, whether you removed ads) is stored locally in the app’s storage. It never leaves your device unless you use a platform backup (Google/Apple backup).
3. Anonymous usage analytics
With Firebase Analytics we may receive anonymous events such as “level started / completed”, number of shots, stars, ad/purchase outcomes, session length and coarse properties (app version, language, platform, progress range, days since install). We do not send names, e-mail addresses or advertising identifiers, and we configure the SDK so it does not collect the advertising ID.
You can switch this off at any time in Settings → Usage stats. Analytics also stay off if you decline the ads consent form (where that form is shown). Collection only runs when the in-game Usage stats switch is on and consent has not been declined.
Firebase is provided by Google LLC; see Google Privacy Policy and Firebase Privacy.
4. Advertising
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob (banner on menu screens, interstitials between levels, optional rewarded videos you choose to watch).
The Target audience on Google Play is 13+ (not the Families / Designed for Families programme). Ads are not tagged as child-directed: AdMob may request personalised ads when you consent, with a maximum content rating of “General”. On Android 13+ the app may use the advertising ID for ads (declared in Play Console). Our own analytics code still does not read the advertising ID.
AdMob may process device and network information (for example IP address, device model, app version, and where allowed the advertising ID) to deliver, personalise and measure ads and to prevent fraud; see Google advertising technologies. In regions where consent is required (EEA, UK) a Google-certified consent form is shown and you can change your choice in Settings → Privacy & ads (Privacy options).
Buying Remove Ads (via Google Play Billing) disables banners and interstitials permanently. Optional rewarded videos remain available if you choose to watch them.
5. In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play (or Apple, if offered). We receive only a confirmation that the purchase “Remove Ads” (or other store entitlements) exists; we never see your payment details.
6. Children / age rating
The game is rated for players 13 years and older on Google Play (Target audience 13+). It is not enrolled in the Families / Designed for Families programme and is not directed at children under 13. It contains no chat, social features, user-generated content or external links except optional Rate / Feedback / Privacy buttons (which open the store page, your e-mail app or this policy). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data, contact baljeets910@gmail.com and we will delete it.
7. Data sharing
- Anonymous analytics → Google (Firebase), as a service provider processing data on our behalf.
- Ads → Google (AdMob).
We do not sell data and do not share it for third-party marketing. There are no other ad mediation partners in the current build.
8. Retention and deletion
Local data is deleted when you uninstall the app or use Settings → Reset progress. Firebase Analytics event data is retained according to the Firebase project’s retention setting (up to 14 months). Because events are anonymous we cannot normally link them to you; to request deletion of any data you believe is linked to you, contact baljeets910@gmail.com.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact baljeets910@gmail.com.
10. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. The app requests only the permissions needed for network access (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE) and Play Billing. On Android 13+ the advertising ID permission (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) may be present so AdMob can serve personalised ads when allowed; Firebase Analytics is still configured not to collect the advertising ID.
11. Changes
We will post updates here and change the “Last updated” date.
